One of the methods is hot injection method, whose materials are WCl6, Cs2CO3, oleylamine, NH4OH and tri-n-octylamine and the other is low-reaction temperature method, whose materials are H2WO4, CsOH•H2O and deionized water with triethylamine. Two methods can produce hexagonal CsxWO3 powders, which have desirable visible transmittance and good near infrared shielding properties.
