While the nanoparticles with serious shortcomings were applied in the early days, and these particles easily flocculated by spontaneous. Therefore, it was necessary to develop technologies for reducing the aggregation of particle size and modifying particle surface to be stabilized in an organic material at that time. It was reported that the use of GMPTS by chemical bonding on the surface of Cs0.33WO3 particles enabled these modified nanoparticles to disperse in the solution and epoxy polymer solution. Then, the composited thin films composed of different proportions of GPTMS-Cs0.33WO3 were fabricated. The GPTMS-Cs0.33WO3 dispersed well in the different solutions and epoxy polymer solution. And the composited thin films had well physical properties.
