A method for treating the problems of thermal insulation and radiation prevention of the automobile glasses, the steps are as follows:

Step One: Place the clean glass in an enclosed space with air inlet and outlet systems and water mist dust removal device. The temperature is controlled at 20-35 °C, and humidity is controlled below 80%.

Step Three: Load the coating into a spray can and adjust spraying parameters. Among them, the air pressure is 1.0-3.5 bar; the flow rate is 10-30 ml/min; the width is 40-100%; the spraying distance is 10-30 cm; the spraying speed is 20-50 cm/s.

Step Four: Evenly spray the windshield thermal insulating coating of nano tungsten trioxide on the glass with the spray gun, and then the sprayed glass is allowed to stand for curing.
