Cs0.33WO3 Thermal Insulation Coating

Cs0.33WO3 thermal insulation coating, which is a new material for environmental protection and heat insulation, refers to a transparent architectural glass heat insulation coating material prepared by using cesium tungsten bronze as a raw material. Some experts have studied the effect of dispersant 5040 on the dispersion and the coating properties of Cs0.33WO3 particles.

The experts selected 5040 ((C3H3NaO2)n) as a dispersant and prepared Cs0.33WO3 slurry by ball-milling dispersion method. They studied the effects of dispersing dosage and milling time on the stability of Cs0.33WO3 slurry. And they also prepared the Cs0.33WO3 coating by adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), finished acrylic emulsion (PVC) and self-made acrylic emulsion to study the visible light transmission and near-infrared shielding properties of Cs0.33WO3 coating.

Experts found that for dispersant 5040, the prepared Cs0.33WO3 slurry has the highest stability if the mass fraction of Cs0.33WO3 powder is 5% and the ball mill dispersion time is 6h. In the 15d, the sedimentation height of the Cs0.33WO3 slurry and the total slurry height ratio can be maintained at about 16%, and the maximum visible light transmittance is 59%. Both PVA/Cs0.33WO3 and PVC/Cs0.33WO3 coatings have a visible light transmission of about 70%, but the PVC/Cs0.33WO3 coating has better near-infrared shielding properties.
