According to experts, a transparent thermal insulation coating of near-infrared absorbing pigment is characterized in that a transparent or translucent resin coating is dispersed with a surfactant-modified near-infrared absorbing pigment CsxWO3, 1≤x≤2, 1≤y≤2. Wherein the coating is translucent or transparent resin, which may be one or two complexes of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polycarbonate, polystyrene, vinyl acetate, polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyacrylic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, acrylic, polyurethane, and so on.
