Cs Doped Tungsten Oxide Applied for Thermal Insulation Dispersion

Cs doped tungsten oxide may be applied for producing a new type of environmentally friendly thermal insulation dispersion of high transparency. The obtained dispersion exhibits a deep blue transparent solution with excellent infrared shielding effect. Therefore, in recent years, it has been more and more widely applied to the field of heat insulation of building window glass.

In this regard, the experts said that it is necessary to produce nano cesium doped tungsten oxide powder with good stability and good thermal insulation effect. They proposed a preparation method to produce cesium doped tungsten oxide nanopowder with good stability, ultraviolet blocking rate of 99.8%, visible light transmittance of 79%, and infrared blocking rate of 96%. 1.0 The reaction amount of the raw material sodium tungstate and cesium sulfate are separately dissolved in absolute ethanol. And the sodium tungstate solution is configured into tungstic acid solution through an exchange resin;

2.0 Dissolve triethylene glycol in absolute ethanol to prepare a reaction solvent. The mass of the reaction solvent is three times the total mass of tungsten salt and cesium salt. The tungstic acid solution, the cesium sulfate solution and the reaction solvent are mixed and stirred at 70°C under a water bath condition for 2h to obtain a hydrothermal reaction precursor liquid;

3.0 The precursor liquid is placed in a closed hydrothermal reactor with a stirring device, and the reaction is stirred at 300°C for 1h;

4.0 The hydrothermal reaction precipitate is repeatedly washed with deionized water, dried at 100°C for 8h, and then pulverized by a jet mill. Finally, the powder is heated to 800°C at a rate of 6°C/min in a vacuum atmosphere, and the heat treatment is continued for 1h to obtain cesium doped tungsten oxide nanopowder.
