Step one: according to the Cs/W molar ratio 1: (1.5 ~ 2.8), weigh the cesium salt, tungsten salt, add a chelating agent and an alcohol reagent, and react at 170°C for 3h;

Step two: the obtained mixture is charged into a pressure capacity bomb, and reacted at 260-270°C for 5-8 hours;

Step three: the reactant is subjected to alcohol washing, centrifugation, and vacuum drying at 80°C to obtain Cs doped tungsten oxide powder with complete crystallinity.

The preparation method can save the reaction raw materials, thereby saving the preparation cost. And the preparation cycle is short, which is favorable for industrial production.
