A preparation process of nanometer cesium tungstate, comprising the following steps:

Step one: The reaction amount of ammonium metatungstate and cesium nitrate is dissolved in deionized water, and the solution is dried to obtain powder. The obtained powder is further pulverized to obtain a mixed powder of tungsten and cesium;

Step two: Add the mixture of tungsten and cesium to the reaction kettle, adding sorbic acid thereto, stirring at 240-460°C for 4-6 hours, the mass of sorbic acid is 2-4 times the mass of the mixture of tungsten and cesium;

Step three: The reaction product in step two is separated and washed with deionized water, then dried in a common oven, dried for 20-30min, and pulverized by a jet mill to obtain nano cesium tungstate powder.
