Nano CsxWO3 Powder Applied for Nano-ceramic Color Master

Nano CsxWO3 powder, or nano cesium tungsten bronze powder, may be applied for preparing nano-ceramic color master. And the cesium tungsten bronze nano powder can be prepared by solvothermal method. Compared with the solid phase method and the gas phase method, the solvothermal method is simple in operation, low in reaction temperature, low in energy consumption, short in cycle, and weak in product agglomeration.

Some experts have adopted solvothermal process to prepare cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles with a particle size of less than 50nm and good near-infrared shielding property. Specifically, cesium hydroxide and tungsten hexachloride are mixed with ethanol. And a certain amount of acetic acid is added to the mixed solution. And then, the solution is transferred to a hydrothermal kettle to obtain a product at 200°C/10h.

As you may have known, solvothermal method can directly prepare nano-scale crystals, and change the morphology of the product particles by changing the reaction conditions, which is beneficial to subsequent processing and application. However, since the solvothermal method uses an organic solvent as a liquid phase medium, it is not environmentally friendly.
