CsxWO3 Powder Applied for Infrared Ultraviolet Shielding Material

Preparation of CsxWO3 Powder

Step 1: Sodium tungstate solution with a concentration of 0.5mol/L is exchanged with strong acid ion exchange resin to obtain tungstic acid sol; In this process, the H+ in exchange resin is exchanged with Na+ in sodium tungstate.

Step 2: Add citric acid solution and cesium carbonate solution to the tungstic acid sol prepared in the step 1, mixing the mixture to obtain precursor liquid; The concentration of citric acid solution and cesium carbonate solution is 0.1-0.5Mol/L.

Step 3: The precursor liquid prepared in step 2 is hydrothermally reacted at a temperature of 160-180°C and a pressure of 0.8-1MPa, and the hydrothermal reaction time is 24h. Under the action of citric acid, the tungstic acid undergoes a reduction reaction to form tungsten bronze. And the cesium ions are doped into the tungsten bronze structure, thereby obtaining cesium tungsten bronze crystal.

Step 4: After the hydrothermal reaction of step 3 is completed, the reaction solution is subjected to solid-liquid separation, the solvent is removed, and the residue is retained. And the solid-liquid separation method can be carried out by filtration or centrifugation.
