According to information from Chinatungsten Online, the positive factors include: strengthened production cost support, an increase in the listing price of Northern Rare Earth for this month, an upward adjustment in the rare earth concentrate transaction prices for the fourth quarter by Northern Rare Earth, a recent increase in the operating rates of magnetic materials companies, leading to higher demand for rare earth raw materials. Looking at the medium to long term, expectations for the development of industries such as new energy vehicles, wind power generation, robotics, and smart home appliances remain favorable.

In terms of news, on September 20, 2023, Yoyen Yijin New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the China Yoyen Institute, officially started production of the "High-Purity Sputtering Target Materials for Integrated Circuits" project in Dezhou, Shandong. The Yoyen Yijin (Shandong) Base covers a total area of 140 mu, with an investment of about 600 million yuan. After reaching production capacity, the project will achieve large-scale production of high-end target materials required for advanced processes.
