1. Enhance resources supporting capital

With the development of technology and society, China tungsten industry should develop to produce high-tech products so it can improve market influence.
China tungsten industry can rely on national key laboratories, national tungsten materials engineering and technology research centers and research institutions and other innovation platform, strengthening basic research and original technology development, to build business-oriented, market-oriented integrated technology innovation system which combine with production, learning, research, and application.
3. Strengthen technical guidance force
Strengthening technical guidance force, on one hand, China should foster a number of highly quality technical innovation leading talent of tungsten industry. On the other hand, China should develope a number of core technologies and key industrial technologies with independent intellectual property rights, in solving the bottleneck restricting the development of tungsten industry has made a major breakthrough on the issue of tungsten industry and significant progress on the high-end tungsten product research and development.

In December 2015, China Ganzhou Tungsten Industry Association announced a series of tungsten products’ prediction offer such as wolframite concentrate 62,000.00 RMB/ton, APT 100,000.00/ton, middle particle powder 160/kg. Ganzhou Tungsten Industry Association announced the prediction offer of tungsten series products, which makes tungsten concentrate price going up. At the present, tungsten concentrate price already grows up to guide price and it may continue to goes up in the future. Many experts indicated tungsten concentrate price will continue to grow up till the price can be accepted by most mining companies, it is expected the mine will gradually resume production for sale.
Tungsten market gets better and price rebound has a lot of reasons. The mainly reason is China big tungsten companies has restricted sale after tungsten price dropped down to production cost. So tungsten market purchases are difficult. Besides, many middle and small mines stop production result in scarcity of raw material so tungsten series products’ price goes up. What’s more, China whole tungsten industry has consistent attitude about improving tungsten price.
On the other hand, China government employed a series of policy to intervene in market and to stimulate tungsten market development, for example, tariff, export and import policy adjustment and other relevant law and regulation employed. China State Council announced tariff implementation plan and from January 1st 2016 China government adjusts partial policies. So it will good for tungsten industry transformation and upgrading, promoting the transformation of foreign trade development mode, stimulating economic sustained and healthy development. According to some research data found in import traffic ferrotungsten from 2% adjusts to 1%; tungsten scraps form 3% reducing to 1%. In export traffic, tungsten ore and tungsten concentrate staying the same which is 20%. Recently China Ministry of Land and Resources announced a policy about listing rare earth ore and tungsten ore included in the national protection specified minerals. Government will control total mining volume so rare earth ore and tungsten ore will get effective protection and rational utilization.

Jan.5th, 2016, Japanese media reported that Japan will return the 331KGS plutonium, which is used for nuclear research previously provided by the United States in March this year. The provided time of these plutonium can be dated back to World War II. Plutonium is a sensitive nuclear material that used to make the nuclear weapons. Fukushima, the town of Japan, had occurred a serious nuclear accident on March 28, 2011, subsequently caused serious radiation pollution problems, which had severely affected many Japanese public life and health. This time, Japan’s plan of returning these plutonium to the US does not mean that Japan will reduce the frequency of nuclear research. According to the statistics of Japanese experts, currently, the super plutonium produced by Japan's "Joyo" and "Monju" nuclear reactor had been accumulated that exceeded 50KGS, if the "Monju" reactor regain to operate, it can produce 70kgs of super plutonium annually. Thus, it can be seen that this is the real reason for Japan to return these plutonium to the United States.

Large Tungsten Copper Mine Was Found in Jiangxi

On January 5, JiangXi provincial department of land resources announced that the province found super large tungsten copper mine and ascertained the resource amount of tungsten trioxide (WO3) is 2,860,000 tons. Tungsten mine reserves refreshed the world record (16.270,-0.01, -0.06%).
Zhu Xi tungsten copper mining area of FuLiang county is located in south east 135° of Jingdezhen city and the straight direction is 13 km. administrative region belongs to the ShouAn town of FuLiang county and YongShan Town of LePing county. It is understood that this is another world-class super large tungsten ore discovered recently after Jiangxi ascertaining super large tungsten mine of the big pond of WuNing.
Complete drilling workload of 31522 meters in 5 years and discover the super large tungsten copper mine.
According to the project phased achievements of <ZhuXi Peripheral Tungsten Copper Census of FuLiang County> passed by expert review in December 2015, show that the ore reached to the super large scale.
In addition, the project has the associated copper of 224,400 tons, 1165 tons of silver ore. And zinc, gallium and cadmium can be comprehensive utilized. At present, the main mine body has not been controlled to the border across pitch and tendency. The exploring work continues and amount of resources will be further expanded.
According to introduction, the undertaking unit of the project is brigade 912 of Jiangxi provincial bureau of geology and mineral resources, the scientific research units are the Chinese academy of geological sciences, China University of geosciences (Beijing) and Beijing University.
For the past five years, 21 drillings and 31522 meters drilling work have been completed in total. All kinds of analysis of samples contain more than 16,000.

The discovery of the super large tungsten copper mine has also changed the metallogenic pattern of Jiangxi province of “tungsten in south and copper in north”. The tungsten mines in South of jiangxi, northwest of Jiangxi and northeast of Jiangxi form the new situation of “tripartite confrontation ".

Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Sudan have cut off diplomatic relations with Iran.
On Saturday, Saudi Arabia executed a well-known Shi’ite Muslim leader. The cleric had publicly criticized the leaders of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Affected by aggravate tensions between regions, WTI oil prices jumped by about 3 percent to $ 38.10 per barrel. Brent crude also rose more than 2%.

On Sunday, Saudi Arabia cut off its diplomatic relations with Iran after angry protesters stormed its embassy in Tehran to protest the execution of prominent Shiite cleric Nimr al-Nimr.
Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir announced Monday that his country will cease air traffic with Iran, placing a travel ban for its citizens, reported Al Arabiya.
The top Saudi diplomat also said that commercial ties with Iran are also severed.

According to the office Saudi Press Agent(SPA)reported that Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) invested 980 billion dollars to build combined cycle powder plant on Wadd Al Shamal. The total installed capacity of this plant is 1395MW and solar powder installed capacity is 50MW. This combined cycle powder plant is expected to finish in 2018. Because this plant can generate electricity of by solar powder so the the plant can save 4 million barrels of oil during the whole project life cycle.
