The invention relates the method of extracting tungsten and other rare metals from waste and old carbide alloy, belonging to waste and old carbide alloy reclamation and utilization technology field. The method comprises the following steps: melting the waste and old carbide alloy with sodium acid carbonate or sodium carbonate in water, forming ammonium tungstate solution and precipitum containing other rare metals, separating them, heating the tungstate solution, then crystallization, drying, calcining, and adding hydrogen gas to deacidize, get tungsten powder; and mixing the precipitum with sulfuric acid and ammonium oxalate to extract cobalt powder, nickel powder, tantalum and niobium. The method has the advantages of low cost and great economy value.

The invention belongs to a production method for tungsten alloy for electrode use, including: preparation of rare earth nitrate solution, preparation of rare earth doped with blue tungsten, reducing, preparingunburnt earthenware, sintering and vertically melting. The method takes blue tungsten with large specific surface, developed surface cracks as raw materials, dissolves high purity rare earthnitrate in deionized water as additives; in the production process, slurry evaporation drying methods adopts low temperature agitation evaporation, then higher temperature evaporation for drying to avoid segregation caused by rapid doping precipitation by the direct use of high-temperature drying; Blue-doped tungsten and tungsten powder has loose particles with particle size consistent with mormal, good formability and good sintering properties and physical properties for follow-up processing.
The method has the advantages of advanced technology, reliablity, short process, uniform distribution of rare earth and stable quality, good machining properties and functional performance and can be used for large-scale industrialized production, and other characteristics. The method overcomes frauds of the technical background doping effect and the quality of stability, moldability, downstream processing and poor functional performance ills.

Preparing Method of Tungsten-copper Alloy Plate

The invention discloses a preparing method of a tungsten-copper alloy plate.
The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of 1, carrying out air-stream smashing on tungsten-copper composite powder; 2, adding plasticizer into an internal mixer, and then slowly adding the tungsten-copper composite powder subjected to air-stream smashing, uniformly kneading the powder, and then breaking the powder to prepare plastic feeding particles; 3, after smashing the plastic feeding particles, adding the smashed plastic feeding particles into an extruder for being subjected to extrusion, and then calendaring the extruded plastic feeding particles to prepare a banding blank material; 4, carrying out thermal debinding on the banding blank material to prepare a degreased blank; 5, carrying out high temperature sintering on the degreased blank to prepare a sintered blank; 6, carrying out cold rolling on the sintered blank for shaping, and obtaining the tungsten-copper alloy plate after annealing.
The density of the banding blank material of the plate prepared through the method provided by the invention is sufficient, so that the possibility of generating defects in the subsequent pressure processing is reduced, the defects, such as microcracks and fracturing are not easily generated, and the rate of finished products is high.
