While the CsxWO3 nanoparticle dispersed resin film exhibits obvious photochromic behavior under ultraviolet (UV) illumination, which severely hinders the commercial application of CsxWO3.

Nano cesium tungsten bronze is a novel near-infrared (NIR) shielding material, so, it is believed that cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles are best functional particles for production of kitchen thermal insulating glass coating. And cesium tungsten bronze CsxWO3 coating film exhibits high transparency and broad waveband absorption of 800 to 1,500 nm.

Nano cesium tungsten bronze can be made into a new type of environmentally-friendly heat-insulating coating, and then be applied to the glass curtain wall of the shopping mall. So, these glasses can play a good thermal insulation effect, which is comparable to a brick wall. Moreover, the transmittance of the obtained glass coating film is higher than 70%, which can ensure sufficient light in the shopping mall.
