1. Calcine the waste oxidized aluminum at a temperature of 450~550°C for 2~4 hours, cooled to room temperature and crushed;
2. Uniformly mix the active ingredients-tungsten trioxide (active ingredients may be one or more kinds of nickel oxide, molybdenum trioxide, tungsten trioxide, cobalt oxide), waste oxidized aluminum after treated, additives (including at least one of Binder U, pore-forming agent) with stirring;
3. Kneading, forming to obtain a molded material;
4. Put into an oven to dry under 100°C for 2 hours;
5. Calcined for 2 hours under 460°C, thus to obtain hydrodesulfurization catalysts containing tungsten trioxide which is desired.
Wherein the calcination temperature of waste oxidized aluminum is limited between 450~550℃, it is because at this calcination temperature and time, the binder and pore-forming agent to fill the original pore volume can be maximum reduced, thus the oxidized aluminum agent itself the pore volume and pore size can be maximize improved; besides, the raw materials to meet the requirements of preparation of hydrodesulfurization catalyst by kneading method, and its products - hydrodesulfurization catalyst containing tungsten trioxide has good catalytic activity.
