6. The squeezing cracks
There are porous holes existing or gathering in tungsten points before extrusion. And that would lead to, during the extrusion process, the formation of cracks under pressure.

During pre-sintering process, there are cracks in porous skeleton of silver tungsten points or copper tungsten points, so when in infiltration sintering silver or copper will penetrate along the cracks, therefore, form the silver belt or strap.
