Preparation and Properties of Eu~(3+)-Doped Calcium Tungstate

Eu3+-doped calcium tungstate powders were prepared by a precipitation method and their properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and fluorescence spectrometer(PL).The products are spherical in shape and disperse well.The Eu³⁺ in co-precipitation material has good luminescence properties and the best performance is obtained with the Eu³⁺ mole content of 5%.
