Tungsten Carbide Thin-shank-machine-tap

Tungsten carbide thin-shank-machine-tap is used for fine machining deep hole common thread (GB192 ~ 193, GB196 ~ 197) of the internal thread.

Tungsten carbide thin-shank-machine-tap’s features and precision: fine shank machine taps rotate clockwise direction, the precision is divided into three tolerance levels. That is: H1, H2, H3.

H1 level: suitable for processing thread 4H, 5H's;

H2 grade: suitable for processing 5G, the internal thread 6H;

H3 level: suitable for processing 6G, internal thread 7H, 7G's.
