The First Batch of Tungsten Products Export License in 2013 Has been Published

Recently, Ministry of Commerce has published the first batch of tungsten products export quotas, and announced name lists of 13 export trade enterprises and 16 export supply enterprises. Specifically, all export trade enterprises are the same with the ones in 2012 while the latter are 1 less than 2012.

The total quantity of tungsten products export licenses in the first batch is 9238 metric tons (convert to metal amount, the same below), about the same as 2012 that just 0.02% less. The first batch export quotas account for 60% of whole year export quotas, which includes: ammonium paratungstate and ammonium meta-tungstate 2033 metric tons, 4.33% less than last year; tungstic acid and its salts 276 metric tons, same as last year; tungsten trioxide and blue tungsten oxide increased by 8.68% to 4619 metric tons; tungsten powder and its products 2310 metric tons, increased by 10.71%.
