Environmentally Friendly Tungsten Alloy Fishing Drop Injection Molding Process

Dropping is a consumable item in fishing, including weights on hooks for bottom sinking, weights placed in false baits, and more directly processed into false fishes, such as Luya.
Nowadays, most of the fishing drops used in our daily life are lead drops. Lead is a toxic metal, which can dissolve slowly in water. When people throw fishing rods into rivers, lakes, reservoirs and ponds in a smart way, they are unconsciously polluting only 11% of the world's per capita water. There are so many fishermen in the country who throw lead in the water every year. Lead poisoning, like bacterial bombs, is oxidized and decomposed, transmitted by algae to fish and eventually accumulated in our human body.
In fact, tungsten alloy fishing drops are not all tungsten, and their density can be controlled according to requirements. The main composition of Tungsten-Nickel-Iron or tungsten-nickel-copper is tungsten-nickel-iron. The preparation of small fishing drops also needs multi-channel injection moulding, and its general process needs to go through several steps:
1.Mixing, high purity tungsten, electrolytic nickel powder, reduced iron powder or copper powder are put into the "V" mixer according to their rights and proportions. After 16 24 hours dry mixing, ball milling and sieving.
2.Adhesive mixing. Forming agent is weighed in proportion of paraffin 50 60%, ethylene 25 20% and stearic acid 25 20%. According to the process of adding 4 5 kg forming agent into 100 kg mixture, 50 kg mixture and 2 2.5 kg forming agent are mixed in the machine for 30 60 minutes. After mixing, the temperature is raised to 380 20 ℃, then mixed for 40 minutes, the temperature is lowered and cooled. After discharging, the bulk material is crushed by crusher;
3.Pelletizing, using twin-screw extruder, the irregular mixture is put into the equipment, the pelletizing speed is 30 50 times/min, and the continuous extrusion is 7-15 times.
4.Forming. The granulated raw materials are injected into the designed die by injection moulding machine at 150 230 ℃ and 80 120 MPa.
5.Degumming, put the formed product into stainless steel plate, add alumina, put it in degumming furnace, put it into hydrogen chamber, and finally 850 900 heat preservation for 2 5 hours, cooling to 80 100 degree nitrogen charging furnace process degumming, the size of the degummed product will not change, but the weight is less than 4 5%;
6.Sintering. The product is put into molybdenum boat vessel and embedded in alumina. The product is pushed through hydrogen sintering furnace at 1380 1550 ℃ at a speed of 20 50cm per hour. After sintering, the weight of the product will not change, but the size shrinks by 1 1.25%, and the detection density is 15 18.05cm3.
The seventh step is polishing. Put the product into the shaker and add polishing agent and brightener to shake and grind with silicon chloride for 3 to 5 hours.
Tungsten alloy fishing drop injection moulding process can achieve a variety of tungsten alloy fishing drop, its cost is controllable, economic and environmental value is considerable.
