Tungsten oxide is a typical transition metal oxide, and nano-tungsten oxide is a new type of functional material. The traditional nano-tungsten oxide is prepared by liquid phase method, which has the disadvantages of complicated preparation process, cumbersome process and long preparation time. In order to overcome the shortcomings in the prior art, the researchers have explored a simple and stable process. The preparation method of the good nanometer tungsten oxide aqueous solution specifically includes the following steps:
Step 1: in accordance with the ratio of ammonium tungstate and sodium borohydride, the mass ratio is 1-10:1, and it is called reserve.
Step 2: the powder of ammonium metatungstate obtained in step 1 is added to deionized water to obtain an aqueous solution of ammonium metatungstate with a concentration of 5-50% for preparation.
Step 3: The obtained sodium borohydride solids were added to the aqueous solution of ammonium metatungstate and shaken well. The blue homogeneous tungsten oxide nano-aqueous solution with a diameter of 0.1-100 nm was obtained by standing for 10-60 minutes at room temperature to 95 ℃. The blue nano-WO2.9 particles were formed by the reaction of ammonium metatungstate with sodium borohydride. Heat releases more hydrogen and ammonia, which removes ammonium ion impurities.
Specific: take 100 ml of deionized water in a beaker, weigh 50g ammonium metatungstate into deionized water, add 5g sodium borohydride, mix and shake well, stand for 60 minutes at room temperature (20 ℃), no gas is produced, and tungsten oxide nano-aqueous solution with a diameter of 5 ~ 30nm is obtained.
The improved preparation method of nano-tungsten oxide aqueous solution has the advantages of simple process, no dispersant, no adjustment of pH value, short preparation time and no impurities. The prepared nano-tungsten oxide aqueous solution has good stability, and the nano-tungsten oxide particle size is small. It can be widely used in intelligent windows, large area flat panel displays, gas sensors, dye-sensitized solar cells, automatic rearview mirrors, energy storage and other fields.
