The scheelite is often associated with sulfide ores such as copper-lead-zinc ore and calcium-containing gangue minerals such as calcite and fluorite. At present, it is common to separate the sulphide ores and then scheelite.
Due to the fine particle size, the sulfide ore tailings are poorly graded by simple shaker. The tailings water with gravity concentration does not contain tungsten agents, and the returning use will not adversely affect the recovery of sulfide ore. The recovery rate of froth flotation to recover scheelite in tailings is higher than that of a single shaker. However, its tailings water contains heavy metals such as floatation agents and minerals that are unfavorable for froth flotation of sulfide ore. The return use of tailings water makes the separation of copper-lead-zinc sulfide ore to be difficult.
In order to improve the recovery rate of scheelite in sulfide ore tailings, some enterprises have adopted the gravity concentration-froth flotation process. Since there is no floatation agent added in this process. The return use of tailings water will not adversely affect the recovery of sulfide ore. The specific procedures of the gravity concentration-froth flotation process are as follows:
1) The sulfide ore tailings WO3 0.08%, the graded cyclone grit and the classifier cyclone overflow are obtained by the classifier cyclone. The grit of the classifier cyclone is coarser, and the +0.045mm grain size accounts for 40%. The 0.045mm grain size accounts for 60%. The graded cyclone grit is re-selected by a spiral concentrator to obtain tungsten spiral concentrate and tungsten spiral tailings. The tungsten spiral concentrate shaker is selected to obtain tungsten coarse-grained concentrate and tungsten. Shaker tailings; the grading cyclone overflows into the concentration cyclone to obtain the concentrated cyclone grit and the concentrated cyclone overflow, and the concentrated cyclone grit centrifuge is coarsely selected to obtain tungsten fine-grained concentrate and tungsten Fine-grained tailings;
2) Combine tungsten spiral tailings, tungsten shaker tailings and tungsten fine-grained tailings, and obtain tailings cyclone grit and tailings cyclone overflow through tailings cyclone; tailings cyclone overflow After sweeping by centrifuge, tungsten sweeping concentrate and tungsten sweeping tailings are obtained, tungsten sweeping concentrate and tungsten coarse-grained concentrate, tungsten fine-grained concentrate are combined into tungsten concentrate. Tungsten sweeping tailing, the concentrated cyclone overflow and the tailings cyclone are combined into tungsten tailings;
The tungsten concentrate is concentrated by a thickener and then subjected to desulfurization and froth flotation to obtain desulfurized concentrate and desulfurization tailings; After the ore is concentrated, white tungsten is heated and have a froth floatation to obtain scheelite concentrate and heated flotation tailings; after tungsten tailings enters the tailings pond for natural settlement, tungsten tailing water and tungsten tailing slag are obtained. The tungsten tailings water, the overflow water concentrated by the tungsten concentrate, and the overflow water concentrated by the desulfurization tailings are combined as supplementary water for each operation.
The technical points of gravity concentration-froth flotation process are: tungsten concentrate is concentrated to a concentration of 30% by thickener, according to the sulfide ore tailings, have a coarse floatation on the sulfide ore tailings: add butyl xanthate 5 g / ton, stirring for 3 minutes; fine floatation: no added agent, stirring for 2 minutes; 1 sweep: no added agent, stirring for 3 minutes; obtaining desulfurized concentrate and desulfurization tailings; white tungsten heating float Selection: desulfurization tailings are concentrated to 60%, according to the sulfide ore tailings, 1 rough selection: adding 10 g / ton of water glass, 1.5 g / ton of fatty acid soap in desulfurization tailings, stirring at 85 ° C for 45 minutes; 1 time selection: no adding agent, stirring for 3 minutes; 1 sweeping: no adding agent, stirring for 5 minutes, obtaining scheelite concentrate and heating flotation tailings
