Molybdenum and molybdenum alloy composite plates are widely used as boat or cushion material for the sintering industry of electronic ceramic substrate because of their advantages of high melting point, good heat resistance, low evaporation pressure, good thermal conductivity and small coefficient of thermal expansion.
The maximum temperature of the boat or cushion plate is 1900°C. In order to ensure the flatness of the ceramic substrate after the sintering, it is required that it can not produce larger bending deformation after a long time sintering. The rare earth lanthanum is widely used to strengthen it abroad. The maximum bending deformation of the molybdenum lanthanum alloy composite sheet after cyclic bending load test is only 1.59mm, the maximum bending deformation of the molybdenum lanthanum alloy composite sheet with a thickness of 1.0mm is only 0.80mm after cyclic bending load test. It has excellent bending resistance at high temperature. This kind of process needs multipass hot processing and many high temperature heat treatment, the process flow is longer and there is a limit.
In view of the shortage of existing technology, Chinese scholars have studied a preparation method of bending tungsten and molybdenum composite sheet with simple preparation method, short process flow and low production cost. This method changes the lanthanum element to tungsten element, and makes full use of the composite strengthening of tungsten wire and tungsten alloy wire. The selection range of molybdenum material is expanded. The high temperature bending resistance of the tungsten molybdenum composite sheet prepared by this method is excellent, which meets the needs of the high precision ceramic sheet and boat dishes used in the electronic industry. The manufacturing scheme for the manufacture of tungsten and molybdenum alloy plates is as follows:

The manufacturing scheme molybdenum alloy plates is as follows:
(1) A tungsten wire or tungsten alloy wire with a diameter of 0.2mm to 0.6mm is woven into single layer silk screen or multilayer wire mesh.
(2) The wire mesh is placed in the pressing die, then the metal powder is filled to the pressing die, so that the wire mesh is completely coated with metal powder. The pressing die with wire mesh and molybdenum metal powder is placed in the oil press or the cold static press. The compaction is formed under the condition of 100MPa to 300MPa, and the tungsten molybdenum compound with a thickness of 1.7mm to 6.5mm is obtained.
(3) The tungsten and molybdenum composite slabs are placed in medium frequency induction sintering furnace and sintered 4H ~ 8h under the condition of hydrogen atmosphere protection 1800 ~ 2100°C.
(4) The sintered tungsten molybdenum composite slabs were cut and grinded in order to obtain anti bending tungsten molybdenum composite plates.
Because of the wide source and good performance of tungsten alloy, the preparation method of the composite sheet is simple, the process is short, the cycle heat treatment process is avoided, the process is simplified, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
