1.Inorganic particles, bismuth tungstate, or lead tungstate, which have radiation protection function, are activated, filtered, washed and dried in turn, then transferred to the reactor and protected by inert gas.

2.In situ polymerization of inorganic particles with radiation protection function was used to prepare inorganic particle graft. The inorganic particle grafts were prepared by grafting inorganic particles of polyacrylonitrile, polyethylene terephthalate, and polyamide.

3.The grafting of inorganic particles from step 2 and fiber grade polyacrylonitrile are blended and spinning, that is, the fabric of anti radiation fiber is prepared.

A polymer composite fiber with radiation protection function is formed by melt spinning, which has excellent nuclear radiation protection performance. According to the needs of different radiation environments, polymer composite fibers with gamma, neutron and neutron gamma protection effects can be selected respectively. The fabric or products made of the radiation protective polymer composite fiber have good flexibility, air permeability and comfort. This radiation protective polymer composite fiber can be used in the preparation of protective equipment such as nuclear radiation protective clothing and flexible nuclear radiation protective screen.
