The photocatalyst is a low cost and high efficiency, the implementation of environmental management method is convenient, use light sunlight or other sources of air pollutants, the water and soil environment were non-toxic degradation and purification, quality and chemical properties will not change itself.
Titanium dioxide and tungsten trioxide are the main force of the current photocatalytic materials. Taking W2.90 as raw material, W2.90 and TiO2 powder are soaked and stirred in 0.5-3M chlorosulfonic acid solution, and completely soaked, the W2.90-TiO2 synthetic powder is quickly taken out, the process should try to isolate the water vapor in the air, and transferred to the muffle furnace at 120 ℃ volatile solvent and calcined for 24 hours at constant temperature, the SO42- WO2.90-TiO2 photocatalyst was cooled after a few hours of calcining at a constant temperature in air or oxygen atmosphere between 300~600 ℃.
After two steps of wrapping tungsten oxide and sulfuric acid to acidification, TiO2 powder becomes a tungsten oxide doped TiO2 photocatalyst SO42-WO2.90-TiO2, which is acidified by sulfuric acid. It is a photocatalyst with high cost performance. Through the synthesis, the defects of the light conversion efficiency of titanium dioxide are improved, and the electron hole formation speed of titanium and tungsten is excited at the same time.
The composite of tungsten oxide doped TiO2 composite light catalyst can be used directly or indirectly in disinfection, purification of air pollution, water pollution, surface decontamination purification or soil pollution, can also be in accordance with the specific application requirements into simple photocatalyst coating or other forms.
