Tungsten Oxide Nano Flower Synthesis Step

As a new type of tungsten oxide structure, tungsten oxide nano flower has its own unique advantages in performance. The synthesis method of tungsten oxide nano flower is mainly based on the seed planting method, the synthesis of the required conditions are as follows:

Vacuum thermal evaporation coating machine as a coating equipment. The heating electrode used is a tungsten boat, the temperature detector is an infrared temperature detector, and the substrate is a quartz plate. The atmosphere of the seed planting method for preparing the tungsten oxide nano-flower structure is: the pressure is 5 Pa, the oxygen flow rate is 2.5 sccm and the argon gas flow rate is 200 sccm.

The synthesis steps of tungsten oxide nano flower are as follows:

（1）Vacuum: Open the mechanical pump for vacuum for 20 minutes, so that the pressure in the chamber to 96 Pa.

（2）Pass 2.5 sccm of oxygen and 200 sccm of argon and wait for 20 minutes.

（3）Open the thermal evaporation power, the temperature of 60 ℃ / min heating rate, the tungsten boat gradually heated to 800 ℃. After a 15-minute incubation, the surface of the tungsten boat is rapidly oxidized to tungsten oxide and sublimated into the gas phase.

（4）With a cooling rate of 60 ° C / min, the temperature of the tungsten boat was lowered to room temperature, and the sample was allowed to cool in a vacuum chamber for 15 minutes until it reached room temperature to produce a nano-flower structure.
