Heat Correction Squared Method for High Specific Gravity Tungsten Alloy Sheet

High density tungsten alloy is a kind of alloy material consisting of tungsten (Ni), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), molybdenum (Mo) and chromium (Cr) and so on. It is also called high density tungsten alloy or heavy alloy, which is composed of tungsten matrix material (containing tungsten content of 85% ~ 99%).

At present, most of the preparation methods of high gravity alloy sheet are made of sintered slab, and then produced by multi pass rolling and annealing. But when the final product sheet is produced, the leveling is usually required. For plates with a thickness greater than 2.0mm/m, the plane can be leveled by adopting the high-precision plane mold and repeated low temperature leveling. The flatness can be less than 0.2mm. But for more plank and thinner plank, this method can not be applied. Therefore, the leveling of a high flatness sheet can only be leveled through the high temperature thermal pressure leveling method. However, due to the existence of nickel, iron or copper elements in the process of high temperature pressure leveling, alloy elements are easy to form diffusion bonding process, which hinders the practical application of the technology.

In order to solve the above technical problem, a method for hot leveling of a high-density tungsten alloy sheet material has emerged, and the method includes the following steps:

Step one, the thickness of 0.1mm ~ 1.0mm high specific gravity tungsten alloy sheet cut into the same shape and the same size tungsten alloy sheet; the tungsten content of the tungsten alloy sheet with a high mass percentage of 90% ~ 97%;

Step two, the step one after cutting the tungsten alloy sheet material uniformly heated to 80 ℃ ~ 150 ℃;

Step three, the lye evenly sprayed in step two heated tungsten alloy sheet surface, and then dried; the lye is sodium hydroxide solution or potassium hydroxide solution;

Step four, lay the stack of tungsten alloy laminate laminated by multiple steps in three steps, then put the pressure leveling template above the top layer of tungsten alloy sheet, and apply the counterweight pressure plate to the pressure leveling template to get the leveling module.

Step five, the step four leveling module placed in a high-temperature furnace, under a hydrogen atmosphere of the tungsten alloy sheet annealed, with the furnace after cooling baked;

Step six, the step five in the baked tungsten alloy sheet boiling in boiling acid 10min ~ 30min after the fish out with water rinse, and then dried to obtain a flat sheet of tungsten alloy sheet.

Compared with the conventional technology, the method has the following advantages: 1. Overcoming the problem of hot leveling of high specific weight tungsten alloy, the invention is suitable for various specifications of high specific gravity tungsten alloy sheet leveled, stable and reliable, and can be widely used in production. 2. After leveling the board no bonding, flatness of not more than 1.5mm / m. 3. Simple and efficient method, a wide range of sources of equipment, no pollution to the environment, reliable performance, batch production.
