Laser Burning Candle Method and Template Method to Prepare Tungsten Trioxide

The laser ablation method uses the characteristics of a pulsed laser beam to instantaneously heat the target above the gasification temperature, then place the tungsten foil in distilled water and then irradiate the tungsten foil with a laser while stirring the aqueous solution. Finally, after the sample is aged, filtered, washed and calcined, the leaf-shaped tungsten trioxide nano-sheets can be obtained. In the process, steam plume will be generated, while steam plume is composed of target atoms, ions and atomic clusters, collides with ambient gas atoms and decelerates during flight, collides with each other to nucleate and grow into nano-particles.

Tungsten trioxide by the template method is the use of a limited role of certain materials, and then to guide the synthesis of a certain size, morphology, arrangement of tungsten trioxide method. Template method is divided into hard template method and soft template method. Hard template often rigid template, such as PS ball, porous anodized aluminum and molecular sieve. Although the template method can be obtained with a unique structure of tungsten trioxide materials, but the post-processing process is more complicated and may have template impurities remain.
