Silver Tungstate / Graphene Composite Photocatalyst

In recent years, graphene has been widely applied in the field of preparation of composite catalytic materials.

Due to the existence of graphene, the photogenerated electrons of silver tungstate can be captured in order to inhibit their recombination and improve the quantum efficiency. At the same time, the wavelength range of absorption light can be expanded effectively, and the utilization rate of visible light can be improved. It can effectively promote the oxidation and decomposition of pollutants by silver tungstate.

Tungstic acid silver / graphene composite is green, preparation process is simple, easy to get raw materials. Compared with the traditional single silver tungstate catalyst, the composite photocatalyst can synergy silver tungstate and graphene, promote photoinduced charge separation, broaden the light response range of silver tungstate catalyst, improve the catalytic stability of silver tungstate, and is conducive to recovery of silver tungstate utilization, reduces the cost.
