The main structure of cone crusher is frame, horizontal axis, moving cone, balance wheel, eccentric sleeve, upper crushing wall (fixed cone), lower crushing wall (moving cone), hydraulic coupling, lubrication system, hydraulic system. In the working process of cone crusher, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate by the transmission device, the movable cone rotates and rotates under the forced motion of the eccentric sleeve, when the moving cone is near the static cone, it becomes a crushing chamber, the material is broken by multiple extrusion and impact of the moving cone and the static cone. When the moving cone moves away from this section, the site has been crushed to the size of the material required to drop under its own gravity, discharge from the cone bottom.

At present, the most popular type of cone crusher is the hydraulic cone crusher. The hydraulic cone crusher is divided into single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. In the tungsten ore dressing process, cone crusher is suitable for scheelite. Cone crusher can also be used for crushing wolframite.
