Electric Power Concentrator Classification

Electric power beneficiation is an important auxiliary means of mineral processing, which combines the advantages of flotation method and high temperature chlorination, it is effective, energy-saving and environmental friendly, and more cost saving.

1. According to the structural features of equipment. Electric power concentrator is divided into drum type electric power concentrator, chamber type power concentrator, free falling power concentrator, slide plate power concentrator, belt type electric power concentrator, disc type power concentrator, shaker type power concentrator, cyclone power concentrator.

2. According to the electrification of minerals. Electric power concentrator is divided into conductive electric power concentrator, friction power concentrator, dielectric separator, thermoelectric adhesion power concentrator.

3. According particle size by sorting or processing. Electric power concentrator is divided into coarse grain power concentrator, medium particle power concentrator, fine particle power concentrator.

4. According to electric field characteristics. Electric power concentrator is divided into electrostatic field power concentrator, corona electric field power concentrator, composite electric field power concentrator.

At present, the classification method based on structural features is widely used. The most widely used concentrator in China and abroad is the drum type high pressure electric separator.
