Tungsten Carbide Atomizing Nozzle Principle II

Compared with straight-flow atomizing nozzle, centrifugal nozzle working principle is more difficult. In the beginning, the given velocity of liquid is low, the liquid surface tension and inertial force plays an important role. Even if liquid surface tension is stronger than inertial force, liquid film shrinks into vacuole, it will still break up and become drops under aerodynamic. With the increasing pressure and spraying speed, film liquid will become instable and break up because of inertial force. Finally, the ribbon-shaped film liquid will vibrate against air movement so that liquid surface tension and viscosity become weaker gradually, and atomizing under higher pressure.
