Recover Ammonium Paratungstate from Rubidium Tungsten Containing Fluorite

A processing that recover ammonium paratungstate from rubidium tungsten containing fluorite, which makes good economic benefits. Materials: rubidium tungsten containing fluorite which is the tailings selected by flotation, and it’s the hardest middling tungsten ore to recover valuable metal such as tungsten, rubidium and so on.

Specific process steps are as follows:
1. Drying, crushing and grounding rubidium tungsten containing fluorite to make it into powder;
2. Add concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring evenly and place it into the rotary kiln, keep the temperature at 200~350℃ for 2~5 hours;
3. Cooling down to room temperature, and then sent it into the ball mill to get baking powder;
4. Water leaching: adding water and keep temperature controlled at 70~90℃ for 2.0~3.0 hours, then we get leached solution and slag;
5. Washing the leached residue, the water washed can return to the leaching step for recycling;
6. Neutralized with NaOH to adjust pH value to 2.0~2.5, keep stirring, and then conduct ion exchange, crystallization to get ammonium paratungstate.
