Comparison Between Tungsten Carbide CWS Nozzle and Pottery CWS Nozzle II

Tungsten carbide and pottery nozzle is tougher than metal nozzle and they have good anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion performance so that they improve the lifespan of nozzle. But they all belong to fragile materials and vulnerable, which is difficult to process and often used in making some simple structure nozzles and nozzle linings. The entrance of the nozzle should always wear high temperature and heat radiation by furnace in CWS atomizing processing. And CWS intensive leads cool the inner wall of nozzle, which come into being obvious temperature gradient and thermal stress.
