Fang Zheyu's team from the School of Physics, Peking University recently proposed a new tungsten diselenide (WSe2) valley-polarized electron beam manipulation method based on nano-antennas, which could use ultra-high resolution electron beams to manipulate metal plasmons to control the valley polarization of low-dimensional quantum materials.

The rare earths developer Pensana Rare Earths PLC submits its proposed $125 million rare earth oxide separation facility in Yorkshire, UK planning application. The planned separation facility would produce rare earth oxides, key components in producing powerful permanent magnets used in electric vehicles and offshore wind turbines, according to a report by MINING WEEKLY.

Los Andes Copper Ltd. (Los Andes) is pleased to announce that as a part of the ongoing Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) at the Vizcachitas copper-molybdenum porphyry deposit project in Chile, it has received improved flotation rougher recoveries resulting from further metallurgical test work. Through optimizing the rougher flotation conditions, the company will be able to increase copper and molybdenum recoveries.
