The domestic rare earth market is exhibiting a generally subdued operational trend. With downstream demand falling short of expectations and suppliers showing low willingness to reduce prices, product prices are fluctuating within a reasonable range, and market transaction volumes remain limited. Today, the prices of praseodymium-neodymium oxide, terbium oxide, and holmium oxide are approximately 601,000 yuan per ton, 7,500,000 yuan per ton, and 565,000 yuan per ton, respectively.

Recently, the Baotou Industry and Information Technology Bureau reported that from January to July 2025, the added value of large-scale industries in Baotou increased by 11.5% year-on-year, surpassing the national average (6.3%) and the regional average (6.4%) by 5.2 and 5.1 percentage points, respectively, and maintaining double-digit growth for 59 consecutive months.
