The supply in raw material market remains tight under environmental checks while market demand follows up slowly. Operating rate of factories is limited in the off season and downstream companies’ profits reduce due to rising raw material prices.

Risks when products at high prices come out with the end of steel biddings, and enterprises turn to be cautious. At present, resuming works of mines in August, environmental checks in major tungsten production areas and sales of products are the focus of the market.
