Infrared reflective coating insulating effect of rare earth research project on the acceptance by the glass

The infrared reflective insulation coating is a functional coating , it does not consume energy, by coating the pigment particles reflect radiation heat to the outside space , thereby reducing the temperature of the heat radiating surface and the inside space or the coated object , saving a large number of air-conditioning cooling costs , but also to improve the large oil tank , storage tank safety, reduce storage costs.

According to this principle, the Baotou Rare Earth Research Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences developed through joint research of low-cost infrared reflectance of light rare earth additives and added to the water-based polyurethane coatings to achieve 83% visible light transmittance near infrared reflectance rate (780 ~ 2500nm) reached 78% , effectively improve the overall performance coatings , to achieve energy- efficient insulation , optimization purposes environment.
