August 2013 Jiangsu ports record export volume of rare earth

According to the Nanjing Customs statistics, in the first eight months of this year , total exports of rare earth Jiangsu port 1268 tons more than last year ( the same below ) increased by 2 -fold ; worth $ 21.27 million , down 31% ; export average price of $ 17,000 per ton , down 76.6 % .

Since the beginning of April this year , Jiangsu ports rare earth exports continued heavy volume , August month export volume rose to 435.2 tons , an increase of 17.7 times , the chain increased 1.7 times , a record high. At the same time , the export price monthly decline since the beginning of June , the month in August fell to $ 12,000 per ton , down 67.6% , the chain fell 3.6%.

In July of last May highs , the volume of food imports in August fell back , the month imported 1.255 million tons , an increase of 8.4% , a decrease of 16.4%. August , Jiangsu ports to maintain pre- finished food exports continued down trend, monthly export grain 623 tons , down 62.5% , a decrease of 38.4% .
