As its name suggests, tungsten disulfide high temperature extreme pressure grease is fabricated using tungsten disulfide (WS2) particles as a lubricating material and can be applied at high temperatures and extreme pressures. Such a lubricating grease has characteristics of good stability, adhesion, wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and high temperature lubrication performance at extreme pressures. Also, it has a long service life in the range of ultra-high and ultra-low temperature. Lubrication temperature range is from -20 °C to 250 °C, up to 300 °C in short-term. The applicable temperature ranges of anti-seize is -60 °C to 800 °C.

Tungsten disulfide can be used as a lubricant, a catalyst, and so on, so that it has a wide application. As a lubricant, WS2 is suitable for lubrication under high temperature, high pressure, high speed, high load and high vacuum conditions, and its lubrication performance is better than that of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). WS2 can be used alone, or added to engineering plastics to make self-lubricating components, or mixed with volatile solvents to spray on metal surfaces, for applications in punching and forging to extend the life of molds and improve product finish.

Tungsten disulfide high temperature grease is uniform and smooth grease (black) that has excellent water resistance, mechanical shearing, adhesion, anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance. And such a grease does not sinter at high temperature, so there is no stuck phenomenon on bearing. This is because this kind of grease uses tungsten disulfide (WS2) - a new lubricating material having the best lubricating performance as an additive.
