Cesium Tungsten Bronze Dispersion Applied for Nanocomposite Coated Glass

The nano cesium tungsten bronze aqueous phase dispersion and the organic phase dispersion are respectively mixed with aqueous and oily resin coatings, and coated on glass substrates to prepare nano composite coating glass. The results show that when the resin type is water-based resin, the mass of cesium tungsten bronze to the mass of water-based resin is 0.1: 1, and the coating thickness is 30 μm, the prepared water-based composite coated glass has good optical properties: the near-infrared shielding ratio at 1000 nm is 90% and the visible light transmittance is 71.5%. When the resin type is a mixture of epoxy resins E44 and E51, the mass ratio is 1: 1, the mass of cesium tungsten bronze is 15% of the mass of epoxy resin, and the thickness of the coating is 20 μm, the visible light transmittance of the prepared oil-based composite coated glass under the same near-infrared shielding rate is 73%.
