The following describes a method for preparing nano tungsten trioxide. The reaction process of this method is smooth and stable, and easy to control. Specifically, the tungsten trioxide nano powder can be prepared by the following steps: The saturated ammonium tungstate solution is heated to 65-70 °C, and then ammonium chloride, tartaric acid, ethylenediamine tetrapropionic acid, and diethanolamine are added in order. Wherein, during the adding process, keep stirring until completely dissolved and continue stirring for 1-2h. While stirring, add nitric acid to form a tungstic acid gel. Then, the gel was dried in a heating furnace at 140-150 °C, and then heated to 340-380 °C for calcination. Finally, the tungsten trioxide powder with an average particle size of 23-28 nm is obtained by ball milling.
