Step One: Pour 20ml of 0.5mol/L tungstic acid solution into a beaker, add 30ml 2mol/L citric acid solution in stirring, slowly add 5ml 0.3mol/L cesium carbonate solution and continue stirring for 1h to obtain the reaction precursor solution for preparing Cs0.33WO3. Wherein, the concentration of tungstic acid in the precursor solution is 0.18mol/L, and the concentration of citric acid is 1.10 mol/L.

Step Two: Transfer the prepared reaction precursor solution into the autoclave, and continuously hydrothermally reacting at 200 °C for 3 d.

Step Three: The obtained precipitate is sequentially washed with water and alcohol for 3 times, and after centrifugation, it is dried at 50 °C for 10 h to obtain the dark blue hexagonal phase Cs0.32WO3 powder with an average particle size of 188.5 nm and a specific surface area of 41.67 m^2/g.
