However, experts also pointed out that WCl6 and CsOH raw materials are high in cost. And the raw materials have many other disadvantages. For example, they are volatile, easily hydrolyzed, poor in stability, difficult to handle, and harmful to the human body. What’s worse, it will pollute the environment. Therefore, the experts also proposed a process for synthesizing cesium tungsten bronze (CsxWO3) by low-temperature solvothermal reaction using easy-to-operate sodium tungstate (Na2WO4•2H2O) and cesium carbonate (Cs2CO3) as raw materials, which is suitable for large-scale production of cesium tungsten bronze nanopowder for hotel thermal insulating glass coating.
