A Method of Glass Heat Insulation and Radiation Treatment

1.0 Put clean glass in a clean and confined space with inlet and outlet air system. The temperature is controlled at 25-35°C, and the humidity is controlled below 80%;

2.0 Prepare the following spray agent: inorganic nano-ceramic resin 30-50%, near-infrared short-wave nano-barrier material of 5-20% (ammonium metatungstate powder), near-infrared long-wave nano-barrier material of 5-15% (30wt% ITO dispersion or 30wt% ATO dispersion), UV nano-barrier material of 3-10% (tungsten oxide nanopowder), leveling agent of 0.2-0.5%, curing agent of 0.2-1%, solvent balance.

3.0 Place the spray agent in a watering can and set the spray parameters.

4.0 Spray the coating evenly on the glass with a spray gun and then rests the glass until the coating cures. The sprayed glass remained unscratched for 7 days after the surface was cured.
