Nano Particle Size Cesium Tungsten Oxide Applied for Thermal Insulation Paper

Nano particle size cesium tungsten oxide, or nano grain size cesium tungsten bronze or nano Cs0.33WO3 particles, may be used to prepare a new type of transparent heat-insulating coating, so that it may be sprayed onto the architectural glass to obtain a transparent thermal insulation paper, i.e., heat insulation film. Based on epoxy resin, experts have prepared Cs0.33WO3 nano coating with a visible light transmittance of 75%. This coating not only has good optical properties, but also has thermal insulation properties.

As you may have known, although the research on transparent thermal insulation coatings started late in China, it has also achieved certain development: In recent years, some experts have dispersed the cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles and tin oxide nanoparticles into slurry. And the prepared composite slurry is directly added to the water-based polyurethane coating to prepare a transparent heat insulation coating with adjustable function of near-infrared transmittance, so that it may be applied in building glass to play a role of heat insulation.
