1. welding preparation

2. Welding

3. Heat the high frequency brazing

Low temperature affects the strength of the weld seam of brazing, heating rate is too slow grain growth caused by base metal, metal oxide and other undesirable phenomena. Such as heating too high as to cause evaporation of zinc and manganese oxide solders, causing slag and joint strength loss and other problems; the impact of low solder spreading.
