Sintered carbide ball is a kind of sintered metal product made through pressing and sintering; its production process is similar to other tungsten carbide products.

Its main production process is as follows: milling → giving formula according to difference → wet-grinding → mixing → smashing → drying → sieving → adding forming binder →drying again → gaining compound after sieving → granulation →isostatic pressing → forming → sintering → molding (blank).

After getting blank balls, surface finishing should be conducted according to specific needs, mainly adopting methods of grinding and polishing, after which the surface will attain high precision and achieve mirror brightness.
