Drop Shot Fishing Hook with Tungsten Alloy Sinker

There are two schools of thought for tungsten alloy drop shot hooks with tungsten fishing sinker

The one being this, with a swivel inline through the eye: Kind a self explanatory to rig up 

The second is using the same hook as you would for whacky rigging. Extend the tag to the length you need, tie the knot and then re-insert the tag back through they eye of the hook to allow it to stand in the correct manner. There are generally three advantages of tungsten alloy fishing sinkers:

1. Deep bend of the hook allows for a deep, solid hook set while keeping the overall size very compact

2.  Sharp bend at the front of the hook will hold your nose-hooked bait in the right position

3. Down set eye will hold the bait in the right attitude for attracting and catching fish
