Tungsten Alloy Swaging Rod for HJ-10

Tungsten alloy swaging rod is made of tungten alloy rod. Compared with tungsten alloy rod, tungsten alloy swaging rod has higher hardness and higher strength. Tungsten alloy swaging is used as warhead for HJ-10.

HJ-10 is a series of indigenously developed and highly classified (as of 2011) Chinese anti-helicopter / anti-tank missiles, they are the primary weapon of the CAIC WZ-10 attack helicopter. Many sources have claimed that this little-known missile is the Chinese equivalent of the AGM-114 Hellfire, although the details of the actual performance of the HJ-10 have yet to be released officially by the Chinese government or other credible sources to confirm such claims. Several derivatives of the HJ-10 have also been developed by China, they are all believed to be in limited service with the Chinese military for evaluation purposes.

Higher density means more kinetic energy. HJ-10 can penetrate armor and destroy armor vehicle, for high density of tungsten alloy swaging rod.

Detecting Fake Gold Coins

Gold buyers, collectors and sellers could end up wasting their money buying a fake gold coin, unless they have the tools and knowledge to test whether or not a coin is genuine.

You don't have to be an expert to tell the difference between a real gold coin and a fake as long as you have the right tools to measure it and a reference book to check those measurements against.

1.Hold a magnet over the coin you are testing. If the coin sticks to the magnet, it has traces of steel or some other metallic metal in it meaning it is forged or plated and not solid gold.

2.Place the coin on a scale and record the exact weight. Look up the official weight of the coin in a reference book or on a reputable website. If the coin is more than a hundredth of a gram lighter or heavier, than the coin is suspect.

3.Measure the exact diameter of the coin with a caliper and compare that to the diameter listed in the reference book. If the diameter is off, even by a little, than the coin could be a counterfeit.

4.Examine the coin's surface more closely with a loupe. Look for any bubbles, depressions or scoring marks that indicate the coin was crudely made. A soapy film on the surface can also be a sign the coin is fake. Also check the date and mint mark against the ones listed in the reference book.

5.Drop the coin and listen to the sound it makes when it hits a hard surface. Gold coins have a distinct ringing sound, while fakes do not.

6.Using tongs, carefully drop the coin in a beaker of nitric acid. If the coin is pure gold, it will not react with the acid. However, if there are any base metals in the gold than those metals will dissolve. They will appear to be bubbling up as they corrode inthe acid.

How to Test to See If It's Real Gold or Fake

To the untrained eye, it can be difficult to tell pure solid gold from fake gold, gold mixed with other metal, or cheaper metal plated with a thin layer of gold. Depending on the quality of the piece, the test can take just a few seconds using common household items, or may require additional materials to get definitive results. Test jewelry you're unsure of before getting costly appraisals, or just to confirm that the gold is pure.

1.Hold a magnet near the piece to test the attraction. If the object sticks to the magnet, it is not pure gold, but gold plate or another metal mixed with gold. However,if it doesn't stick to the magnet, it doesn't necessarily mean that it's real; more testing is required.

2.Rub the gold against a piece of glass (use a piece that isn't valuable, such as a glass plate from an unused picture frame). If it scratches the glass, it is not pure gold, since gold is a soft metal. If it doesn't leave a scratch, it still may not be pure gold.

3.Scrape the gold against a piece of unglazed porcelain tile and look at the mark it makes. If the mark appears gray or black, it is not pure gold. If the mark is yellow, it's gold. Keep in mind that it's still possible that the item is gold plated and may not be solid gold.

4.File a small section of the gold in an inconspicuous place using a fine metal file. Pure gold, as a soft metal, will file relatively easily. If filing causes the gold to flake off, of if the metal is very hard to file, it is not pure gold.

5.Conduct an acid test. Put on gloves and safety glasses to begin the acid test, which can be done with a kit or by purchasing hydrochloric acid at a hardware store. Break the tip off a cotton swab and dip it into the acid. Drip a very small amount of acid on the area of the gold that has been filed in an inconspicuous place. If the gold starts to break down, it's not pure gold. Pure gold will not be damaged by the acid.

How to Make Fake Gold Teeth

In the past, the richer individuals of society showed off their wealth with large estates, fancy cars and box seats at the big game. In more recent times, some wealthy, people purchase golden teeth molds. Others actually plate their teeth with gold and implant small diamonds on the center of each tooth. Fortunately for those without extravagant amounts of money to spend on fancy dental enhancements, there is a way to sport golden teeth without spending a fortune.

1.Pull out a sheet of golden aluminum foil.

2.Cut the foil into strips that measure 1.5 inches by 6 inches.

3.Take one strip and place one of the long edges along your upper gum line.

4.Fold the gold strip under your upper teeth and press any remaining foil against the roof of your mouth.

5.Press the foil against your upper teeth. Pinch the foil between each pair of teeth to give it a more natural look. Tear the foil to remove any excess on the ends.

6.Place the long edge of another strip of foil along your lower gum line.

7.Fold the gold strip over your lower teeth and press any remaining foil against the floor of your mouth. Take care not to irritate the bottom of your tongue. Remove any foil as necessary.

8.Press the foil against your lower teeth. Pinch the foil between each pair of teeth to give it a more natural look. Tear the foil to remove any excess on the ends.

Test Gold by Ceramic Plate Test

This is an easy way to tell if your gold is fool’s gold. Bear in mind that your item may end up scratched.

Find an unglazed ceramic plate to use. If you don’t have this, you can purchase a random piece of unglazed ceramic from a home improvement store.

Drag your item across the surface. A black streak means your gold is not real, whereas a gold streak indicates your item is genuine.
